 When we first arrived at Ladybailey we were left to wander around looking at all the caravans without any hassle or pushyness from salesman. When we found the one that ticked all our boxes Les talked us through all that the caravan had to offer. We were VERY impressed. Les Cutler was outstanding! no sales pitch or false promises. On the day we picked up our caravan Les gave a full and thorough tour. The last thing we dealt with was the money. Thank you Les and the team. We remain impressed and highly recommend Lady Bailey.

Our purchase of a Pegasus Verona was trouble free , all our problems and queries`were rectified and addressed in a very professional manner. we have purchased motorhomes and caravans in the past and no company matched up to Lady Bailey .we definitely recommend this company to any one , if you have any doubts questions or problems they will sort them out .we will use them again in the future.

Great service from quote to pick up. Bit sceptical at first as trade in price and discount on new caravan (Pegasus Ancona) too good to be true. But having arrived and passed the obligatory damp check things went smoothly. Motor mover swapped and two days at Wareham Forest camp site to settle in to the new van was perfect.

Having chosen our replacement caravan, it was left to my husband to do 'the deal' with Lady Bailey caravans so I never met Simon until we went to pick up our new caravan. During the period before pick up I had a few queries which Simon was able to help with over the phone. After an early start to collect our Unicorn Barcelona we were met with a mug of coffee and a very warm welcome. After a very informative tour around the van and some painless paperwork we were off to Wareham Forest for a couple of days. Thankyou Simon and the rest of the team, we have certainly recommended you to other friends who are looking for caravans.

Just bought a bailey caravan from lady bailey. Having tried to buy a caravan closer to home and not being impressed with the sales people I am so glad I went to lady bailey. They outshone their competitors big time. Easy to strike a deal with, great to do business with and superb with first time caravaners. Gonna have mine serviced with them as well because they know how to treat the customer. I worked in customer service 10 years, these folk have it! And the coffee was great. Thanks lady bailey! Andy

A big thank you to Les, Alan & the rest of the team, nothing is too much trouble for them,they removed my mover off my van on the first day and new van ready for pick up the next day. A Pegasus 2 Verona. Les booked us in at Wareham caravan park, a very nice site, great walks in Wareham forest. will definately deal with Lady Bailey again in the future, All the best.

Buying a caravan is is a big decision i travelled from south wales,13 months ago and bought a bailey pegasus 524 price wise and upgraded upholstery no one else could get near what they could sell me the van for,the crunch comes when you need things replaced under warranty, after contacting them on a Thursday to report the faults they had the parts from bailey by the next day and were contacting me to book the van in, they juggled things around for a 8.30am start and had the van ready as promised by 12.00 mid day for us to travel back to south wales. A big thanks to Jerry for sorting everything out and the rest of the workshop staff for the service we received with service like that i have no hesitation in recommending them. thanks H Thomas.
